  2. Psychologically people are made up of different parts with different emotional needs. Some of these parts and needs are conscious, some are unconscious (or subconscious if you prefer). At any given time different parts will exert greater or lesser influence than the others.

  3. Thoughts, emotions and behaviours are interconnected and occur s sets.

  5. We all have internal images of who we are, who we want to be and how we think others perceive us.

  6. The brain’s first priority is survival. After immediate survival the mind will make decisions that most align with it’s self-image(s).

  7. All thoughts are patterns (or circuits) of neurons firing. Separate but similar patterns firing represent different options.
